Feminism can be an ideology that one believes in and follows; or it can be a set of tools that one uses. In this course, we will read various viewpoints on the nature of feminism and its concerns in everyday life, with the intent to formulate our own feminist theories and problematics.
This blog is a space to do this. It has been set up by the instructor in order to facilitate conversation and theorizing outside the classroom. The course is “Readings in Feminism” in the Cultural Studies programme at Beaconhouse National University, Lahore.
